I am an advocate for sustainable construction and energy-efficient building solutions, and I believe in the immense value that PUF (Polyurethane Foam) panels bring to the construction industry. PUF panels, known for their superior insulation properties, are increasingly becoming a go-to solution for roofs, walls, and other building components. These panels are lightweight, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly, offering an ideal choice for both residential and commercial applications. When it comes to modern construction, the PUF panel roof and wall panel systems are the future of energy-efficient building designs.

When considering the installation of PUF panels, it's important to understand the price per square foot. The cost of PUF panels varies depending on several factors, including the thickness of the panels, the type of metal used, and the supplier. On average, the price for puf panel roof and wall panels ranges from ₹300 to ₹700 per square foot in India. However, these prices can fluctuate based on the quality of the material and the location of purchase. While PUF panels may seem like an investment upfront, the long-term savings in energy costs and maintenance make them a highly economical choice.

In terms of thickness, the standard PUF panel roof thickness generally varies between 40mm to 100mm. For areas that need more robust insulation, such as warehouses, cold storage facilities, or large commercial buildings, a thicker panel—typically around 80mm to 100mm—is often preferred. These thicker panels provide enhanced insulation, ensuring that the internal environment is maintained at a comfortable temperature with minimal energy expenditure. For residential buildings, a thinner panel—typically 40mm to 60mm—is often adequate.

wall panel thickness in mm. The most commonly used thickness for PUF wall panels is 40mm to 75mm, depending on the level of insulation needed and the type of structure being built. Thicker wall panels offer better insulation properties and increased structural integrity. For instance, for buildings in areas that experience extreme temperature fluctuations, such as cold storage facilities or industrial plants, thicker PUF panels are ideal.
